I just got my 3C curly hair done by Eddie, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! He not only shaped and defined my curls but also trimmed off my dead and split ends to keep my hair healthy for natural growth. It’s not easy finding a stylist who truly understands mixed hair and textured styles, but Eddie really knows how to work with ethnic and curly hair. If you’re looking for a stylist who specializes in curly hair, natural hair, or ethnic hair care, Eddie is the one. He listens, takes his time, and makes sure your curls look their absolute best. Highly recommend his salon to anyone with curls who wants healthy growth and a stylist that knows how to care for textured hair. ~ Jared D

I had an amazing hair experience at Eddie Shear’s Hair Salon. It’s hard to find a stylist who can cut curly natural hair into a pixie cut and actually get the shape correct. He was extremely professional, efficient, gentle on my hair (because it’s so fine) and he also guided me on his process every step of the way. Eddie, truly is a master stylist and a genuine person. An amazing experience was had, there was good conversation, good music, candy, water…it was a vibe! I am extremely satisfied. Overall 5⭐️! Eddie gave both me and my daughter fantastic cuts! I love my hair with all the layers; it looks and feels awesome. My daughter wanted to go from her long, one-length hair to a pixie cut. My daughter is almost 12, and Eddie asked her questions and discussed the cut with her, and it was a very positive experience. She had enough length to donate, so he did all the sectioning and ponytailing donation requires. My kiddo looks super cute with her new fun style, and she feels amazing about her hair and about the ability to donate. ~ Lisa S

Eddie is AMAZING! Professional, easy to talk to, understands my mumble jumble hair talk- as I know none of the terms. I appreciate how he lets me know exactly what size clip he's using, this eases my anxiety for every subsequent visit since I know what to expect. Eddie will take as long as necessary to make sure you leave feeling confident. My first appointment with him was about an hour because I kept changing my mind- but he stuck with me! I get the MOST compliments on my hair color that I've ever had since Eddie has been coloring it. From hot pink- magenta to a soft pink-rose gold. I will be passing out his cards for every compliment I get! Always always always- Eddie is professional, experienced, and an absolutely positive dude. Absolutely no drama- and the best hype man! Eddie is absolutely amazing! I came in to get my hair bleached so I could add purple in and he did a phenomenal job lifting the red out of my hair and getting everything even so when I dyed it everything was even and matched all over! He also trimmed my hair and listened to everything I had to say and kept showing me how much hair he was taking off!! 11/10 job! ~ Hannah M

Eddie is the only one I trust to cut my hair!! He is always friendly and talkative. Makes me feel at home! He always gives me the cut I ask for with amazing results!! I can either show him a picture that he easily duplicates or just goes by simple instructions! I highly recommend him also because he is so affordable!! I usually have anxiety when getting my hair cut and most of the time they don’t turn out the way I wanted. Well that wasn’t the case this time! I have curly hair and was really struggling to find a barber to give me a cut that I liked. Eddie gave me exactly what I wanted and I’m very happy with it. The cut also only took 15 minutes.
